Sean Hill joined JVA when Sean Jervey quit and we became a 4-piece. Enter Mikey Elfers on lead guitar and vocals. Sean was in the band for a recording sessions for the one of the Suckapunch Records Compilation CD's and one crazy, poorly-booked 5-week long tour of the south. Sean brought a weight bench on that tour. We all suffered greatly from Road Madness in New Orleans and warded off hookers with our set of brass knuckles in Philadelphia. Nick, Mike and Eric drank Boones Farm wine in the van in multiple Wal*Mart parking lots, and Nick learned how to kill strep throat on the road with salt packets and a gas station coffee maker. We met lots of weird people we are actually still friends with. It was nuts.

*Also added some live stuff from a show in Houston, TX featuring a very strep-throated Nick Tarlowski.
